I've been a member of YAC, the Youth Advisory Council for The Kitchener Waterloo Community Foundation for three years. I also act as the Youth Rep on the Marketing Committee for the Foundation.

Que retirez-vous de votre participation aux activités de votre CJP?
I have enjoyed helping to motivate the group to volunteer together in the community and developing a fundraising campaign to be held in local highschools.

Quelle est votre subvention préférée parmi celles attribuées par votre CJP?
During highschool I helped to lead and organize some community events and fundraisers that support charities I feel are very important:

- 'Kids Can' Free the Children, a charity campaign working to raise enough money to build a school in a third world country;

- 'Give a Little Bit', a charity campaign that I developed which has been executed by many schools in the KW area donating toys to the Tree of
Angels for less fortunate children.

I am an undergradute student at the University of Waterloo in the Honours Arts and Business Program, Co-op. I'd like to pursue a career in marketing.

I am also currently an employee at both Forbes Motors inc. as a switchboard operator and at 105.3 Kool Fm/Oldies 1090 as a Promotions team member.

When not at work or school I play for two adult soccer leagues. I also love music and have played the piano since the age of seven. I also enjoy the outdoors, and have worked as a camp counsellor for the past three summers at Celtic Sports and Arts Camp on the Bruce Peninsula.
